Over 200 billboards of Mr President have appeared on major roads in Abuja and environs in October.
Reportedly, the most obvious are the ones seen right from the Abuja Airport way, central area and some other places in the federal capital territory.
Mr. Jonathan, however, has not declared his intention to run but several aides and associates are mobilizing support for the president.
